Projects and Trips:

In November, Kim, Tim, and Evelyn will be flying to Guatemala for to do an Exploration and Intel gathering for Hope Fleet as they have begun operations in Rio Dulce. We are super excited for Evelyn to experience her first over seas mission trip. The cost for Tim and Kim are covered by Hope Fleet, however, Evelyn’s expenses are not. Please consider helping us cover these expenses and donating to Hope Fleet for these trips to remain possible.

This trip will be a great experience for Evelyn and we are so grateful she gets to join us. Thank you for partnering with her to make this happen!

In June Tim and Kim will be flying to St. Vincent to crew a boat. They will be assisting in sailing a 48ft. vessel to Grenada. This sail will provide necessary training as well as opportunity to connect with potential Hope Fleet partners in St Vincent, Union Island, Carriacou, and Grenada.

This trip is both great offshore sailing experience as well as a great time to improve relationships across the region.

Essential Gear

This gear is essential to have on board for safety, communication, and comfort.

Essential Gear Needed:

Foul weather gear is essential for living on a boat. As weather is the mode of propulsion it sometimes comes with exposure to the elements.

Full waterproof gear is essential to keeping you warm and dry when sailing in adverse conditions. We are in need of a set of foul weather gear for each crew member.

Radios are essential for communications between crew, other boats, and shore stations.

These particular radios the Standard Horizon HX891 also have built in GPS and DCS calling in case of emergency to share our position. There are cheaper radios but they lack the safety features. We could use 2 of these for the crew.

⚠️Lasted Update!!!

We Found A Possible FIT!

After months of searching, we’ve found a beautiful, blue-water-ready, three-cabin vessel that fits the mission perfectly. Her asking price is $77,500.

We hope to raise enough to move forward with the purchase of this vessel. In the meantime we’re stepping out in faith with an offer – all that we have, trusting God to open the right doors. We are committing everything we have to this opportunity and praying for others to come alongside us.
